County Veteran Service Officer Rick Torres and Assistant VSO Sarah Kuhn are located at 107 N. Chestnut Suite #3 in Cortez.

Office Hours:

  • Monday through Thursday 8:15 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (closed noon to 1 p.m.)
  • Fridays 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
