Communities That Care Program Manager
Montezuma County Public Health Department is accepting applications for the Communities that Care Program Manager role. The position will be 40hours/week with full time benefits. This is a grant funded position. Duties will include planning, organizing and directing the structured Communities that Care (CTC) model focusing on youth substance abuse prevention. Skills needed include grant writing and management; budget management; work with state level support team, build community relationships to educate and build support for the CTC program; public speaking; maintain social media; attend trainings in Denver and other communities as needed. Education requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred but will consider experience of 3 years or more in a similar employment role. This is not an entry level position. Salary range $52,000.00 to 55,890.00.
