Montezuma County Public Health Department is accepting applications for a full time, 40 hour per week RN. BSN preferred, ADN with case management experience will be considered.

Primary responsibilities will include the role of Communicable Disease nurse, Immunizations, Case Investigation/Contact Tracing as well as other public health nursing duties. Applicants must enjoy working in pediatrics, have some leadership experience, good organizational skills and good computer skills.

This position includes public health education and administration of immunizations, communicable disease education and prevention as well as a role in emergency preparedness.

Salary range $31.50-$32.00/hour, $65,520-$66,520/year.
