Montezuma County Landfill is seeking proposals to replace the Reznor heating/cooling unit for the main office. We are looking for an AC unit/Heating unit rather than a swamp cooler. Some new ductwork may be required. The new unit may replace the unit on the roof or moved to a location inside the office area.

Solicitation and selection of final bids will be at the sole discretion of the Board of County Commissioners. The Board of County Commissioners also reserves the right to reject any and all bids at its sole and absolute discretion, and the low bid may not necessarily be selected as the winning bid.

Montezuma County does not discriminate against race, color, national origin, or gender in determining bid awards.

One (1) complete sealed proposal package must be received at the following address by 4:00 p.m. on June 25, 2021.

Proposals may be mailed, couriered, or dropped off in person by a company representative and must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. on June 25, 2021.

The bids will be opened by the Board of County Commissioners on June 29, 2021.
