NOTICE OF COORDINATED ELECTION

ln accordance with provisions of 1-5-205 (1)(a-d), C.R. S., notice is hereby given that the STATEWIDE COORDINATED ELECTION will be held in Montezuma County, Colorado, on Tuesday, November 7, 2023. This election will be by mail ballot in accordance with provisions of 1-7.5-104.
The Vote Service Polling Center will be located at the Montezuma County Annex, 107 N Chestnut St, Cortez, CO 81321. Open October 30, 2023, Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. November 7, 2023, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Open Saturday, November 4, 2023, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Ballots may be mailed to the Montezuma County Clerk and Recorder’s Office at 140 W. Main, St. Suite 1 Cortez, CO 81321. Ballots may also be returned to the Montezuma County Clerk and Recorder’s Office at 140 W. Main, St. Suite 1, Cortez, CO 81321, during regular business hours Monday through Thursday from 7:45 A.M. to 5:30 P.M.
The 24-hour ballot drop box, located in the parking lot at the Montezuma County Clerk and Recorder’s Office 140 W. Main St Suite 1 Cortez, CO 81321, will be available for ballot drop off from October 16, 2023 until 7:00 P.M. on the day of election. Additional 24-hour drop box locations will be open from October 30, 2023, to November 7, 2023, until 7:00 p.m.: the Dolores Town Hall 420 Central Ave, Dolores, CO 81323, the Mancos Town Hall 117 N Main St Mancos, CO 81328, the Ute Mountain Ute Tribal Complex, 125 Mike Wash Road Towaoc, CO 81334, the Cortez City Hall 123 Roger Smith Ave. Cortez, CO 81321, and Cox Corners 18794 Hwy. 491 Lewis, CO 81327. All ballots must be returned by 7:00 P.M. on the day of the election.
