Montezuma County DSS was opened to the public starting on May 4th from 8 AM to 5 PM. There is a waiting line (6 ft. apart) for customers and we are practicing the 6 ft. physical distancing for both staff and clients. Staff must wear masks when seeing customers and customers who are presenting as ill will not be served. We have special hours for EBT card issuances (Monday through Friday from 9-11 AM and 2-4 PM). We are still mailing out EBT cards if clients prefer that they be mailed. We will serve ONLY seniors (60 years and older) and the State Aid to the Needy and Disabled recipients on Weds. from 8 am to 11 am.

MCDSS is accepting all applications for Food Assistance, Medicaid, Child Care, Old Age Pension, Aid to the Needy and Disabled and Medicare Savings Programs.
