     b.       SmartGov annual fee (2021 not enteredin 2021 payments, will have 2 years in 2022 budget) add                             $11,500.00

     c.       Salary Adjustment – Admin Fees on RIFnot allowed in LUC, Att. MacLaren recommends adding an                         Admin Fee on Septic Permits
