Attorney

The Montezuma County Attorney is appointed by the Montezuma County Board of County Commissioners and oversees the County Attorney’s Office. The County Attorney’s Office provides legal advice to the Montezuma County Board of County Commissioners, and upon the Commissioners’ consent, represents Montezuma County boards, commissions and various Montezuma County government departments.
