HELP WANTED: EQUIPMENT MECHANIC/REPAIR TECHNICIAN
Montezuma County Road and Bridge Department has an opening for a Full-time Equipment Mechanic/Repair Technician. Applications may found at MontezumaCounty.org and returned to road@co.montezuma.co.us or dropped off at Montezuma County Administration, 109 West Main, Room 260, Cortez, Colorado, during regular business hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Applicants must possess and maintain a commercial driver’s license (Class B) minimum, and pass a thorough background check. Qualifications to include experience to maintain and repair light and heavy construction equipment and to assist with all other road department activities as directed. Job will include health insurance, retirement package, dental insurance, vision insurance and life insurance.
Pay will be one of the three depending on qualifications
Level I mechanic = $22.28 an hour
Level II mechanic = $26.14 an hour
Level III mechanic = $30.87 an hour
