To avoid gaps in coverage in future months, be sure to log in to Log-In or Apply for Benefits | Colorado PEAK  to see when your next redetermination date is and to complete any required submissions. You can also find this information by calling Colorado’s new Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system at 1-800-816-4451 toll-free. The IVR can provide you with details about your SNAP case and any upcoming submission dates and deadlines.
