   Public comment is an opportunity during the meeting to present comments to the board for consideration. Out of respect for time constraints, each person is asked to limit their comments to 3 minutes. A maximum of one hour will be allowed for public comment.

     • 4-H Section – Minimum Entry Requirement for Awards:
       A minimum of five (5) entries per class is required for awards to be presented. If fewer than five entries are received in a class, the Extension Office reserves the right to combine that class with another appropriate class or category. Classes may be merged based on project type, age division, or similarity of exhibit to ensure fairness and competition. Combined classes will be judged together, and awards will only be distributed after class consolidation is complete.
     • Rabbit:
       • Page 55 – strike back numbers from show dress; include belt and hard-soled shoes
       • Clarify Open Class entry fees for online vs. day-of-show entries; define fee structure and distribution
       • Under Supreme Rabbit Exhibitor: remove Breed ID Contest; add Poster Contest (50 points); Rabbit test to be given at Fair
     • PEMF Therapy allowed at Fair
     • Tag In – Virtual / In Person
     • Pen Set Up/Tear Down – Panels out of storage and back to storage
     • Fitting Area
     • No animal fitting is permitted within the main barn. These activities must take place in designated areas only.
     • Show order is at the discretion of the judge.
