PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Montezuma County Board of County Commissioners will meet with the Board of Montezuma Valley Irrigation Coon Tuesday, February 9, 2021 at 1:30 p.m. at Montezuma Valley Irrigation Co, 24055 Road L.4 Cortez, CO.
The meeting will be held in executive session for a conference with the attorney for the purpose of receiving legal advice on specific legal questions under C.R.S. Section 24-6-402(4) (b); and For the purpose of determining positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations, developing strategy for negotiations, and/or instructing negotiators, under C.R.S. Section 24-6-402 (4) (e);
