The following services are free and available through Montezuma County Senior Services. 

Please always consider a donation to the center.

$5.00 donation for anyone over 60.

CONGREGATE and HOME-DELIVERED MEALS

• On-site lunch – For seniors 60 years of age over and their spouse (spouse does not have to be a senior) we ask for a $5.00 donation, as well as non-seniors ($10.50 cost for non-seniors) a lunch meal is provided at Cortez, Dolores, and Mancos Centers. The meals have been analyzed by a registered dietician for low sodium, low fat, and low sugar diets.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

• Assistance for House Cleaning, Personal Chores, House Repairs, Respite and Personal Care, Dental, Vision, and Hearing aids.

• Educational Program(s) – Information on topics for health-related matters, Medicare fraud, elder abuse, self-care, and other issues important to the lives of seniors.

COUNTY ANNEX RENTAL APPLICATIONS

• County Annex Rental/Use: 
  
  • Refundable Key Card/Cleaning/Damage deposit: $100.00 for Annex/$100.00 Kitchen or $200.00 for both.
  • Annex $35.00 per hour
  • Annex 1/2 day rental (up to 4 hours) $125.00
  • Full day (exceeding 4 hrs.) $250.00
  • Setup for Technology/IT $80.00
  • Use of Kitchen 1/2 day (up to 4 hours) $75.00
  • Use of Kitchen $$150.00 (*Does not include silverware, pots, pans, serving utensils)
