Individuals can apply for LEAP by picking up an application at MCDSS which comes with a pre-paid return envelope. Individuals can apply through www.colorado.gov/PEAK, or they can visit Discover Goodwill at www.discovermygoodwill.org and apply.
If an individual has an emergency and shut off notice, they can bring their application and shut-off notice to the MCDSS office and their application will be faxed to Goodwill the same day to prevent their heat source being shut off.
