In accordance with provisions of 1-5-205 (1)(a-d) and (4), C.R. S., notice is hereby given that the 2025 MONTEZUMA COUNTY COORDINATED ELECTION will be held in Montezuma County, Colorado, on Tuesday, November 4, 2025. This election will be by mail ballot in accordance with provisions of 1-7.5-104. The Voter Service and Polling Centers are posted below. The ballots can be mailed to the County Clerk and Recorders’ Office at 140 W. Main Ste. 1 Cortez, CO 81321 or deposited at any of the locations and times posted below.

 

Voter Service and Polling Centers:

Open October 27 – November 3, Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm & Saturday, Nov. 1 9:00am to 1:00pm:

  • Montezuma County Annex 1: 107 N. Chestnut, Cortez, CO 81321
    Open Election Day, November 4, 7:00am to 7:00pm
  • Montezuma County Annex 1: 107 N. Chestnut, Cortez, CO 81321

 

24-hour ballot drop boxes:

Open October 13 – November 4 at 7:00pm at the following location:

  • Montezuma County Clerk and Recorder’s Office: 140 W. Main St. Ste 1 Cortez, CO 81321

Open October 28 – November 4 at 7:00pm at the following locations:

  • Dolores Town Hall: 420 Central Avenue, Dolores, CO 81323
  • Mancos Town Hall: 117 N. Main Street, Mancos, CO 81328
  • Ute Mountain Ute Tribal Headquarters: 125 Mike Wash Road, Towaoc, CO 81334
  • Cortez City Hall: 123 Roger Smith Avenue, Cortez, CO 81321
  • Lewis Post Office: 18794 Hwy 491, Lewis, CO 81327
