PUBLIC NOTICE

 

Notice is hereby given that the Montezuma County Board of County Commissioners will hold a public hearing for the purpose of the establishment, revision, or alteration of commissioner districts as required by C.R.S. 30-10-306 (4) and (5)  on Tuesday, January 10th, 2023, beginning at 1:30 P.M. in the Commissioner’s Hearing Room, Montezuma County Courthouse, 109 W. Main, Cortez, CO.  Interested persons may attend and give input.

 

The proposed Commissioner District Map is on display in the Commissioners Hearing Room 250, 109 W Main St, Cortez, CO and is also available for download at https://montezumacounty.org/public-notices/ Anyone may examine the map and submit comments to the GIS Department located at 109 West Main, Room 282, Cortez, CO during regular office hours, by phone at (970) 564-4169, or by email at droth@co.montezuma.co.us.
