Montezuma County is seeking bids for re-flooring the Montezuma County Administration Building (partial), Annex 3, and Annex 1buildings in Cortez, CO.
Solicitation and selection of final bids will be at the sole discretion of the Board of County Commissioners. The Board of County Commissioners also reserves the right to reject any and all bids at its sole and absolute discretion, and the low bid may not necessarily be selected as the winning bid.
Montezuma County does not discriminate against race, color, national origin, or gender in determining bid awards.

One (1) complete sealed bid must be received at the following address by 4:00 pm on April 30, 2021.

Proposals may be mailed, couriered, or dropped off in person by a company representative and must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. on April 30, 2021.
The bids will be opened by the Board of County Commissioners on May 4, 2021.
