RESOLUTION NO. 2 – 2020

RIGHT OF WAY VACATION ON SOUTH SIDE OF ROAD T, WEST OF ROAD 25, IN LEBANON TOWN SITE

WHEREAS, the Montezuma County Board of Commissioners is authorized to
discontinue, vacate, abandon and close roadways in the unincorporated areas of Montezuma County. C.R.S. $$ 30-11 -107(I)(h) and 43-2-303(l)(b);

WHEREAS, citizens of Montezuma County in the Lebanon Town Site requested that the County vacate a right of way on the south side of Road T, west of Road 25 in the Lebanon Town;

WHEREAS, after notice and public hearing as provided by law, it appears that the right of way serves no public purpose;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the right of way located on the south side of Road T, west of Road 25, situated in S.22 T.37N, R.16W, located within the Lebanon Town Sites, N.M.P.M. is hereby vacated. (see attached exhibit).
