Be it resolved that this 25th day of January 2022, The Montezuma County Board of Commissioners authorizes expenditures in excess of the amount approved in the Social Services budget for calendar year 2021 as shown :

Increase

Authorized Expenditures for Administrative and Benefit Payments

$505,000.00

Foster Care $55,000.00

Food Stamps $450,000.00

And Increase

Revenue State Grants for Administrative and Benefit Payments

$505,000.00

Foster Care $55,000.00

Food Stamps $450,000.00

Decrease

Authorized Expenditures for Administrative and Benefit Payments

$505,000.00

LEAP $255,000.00

OAP $250,000.00

And Decrease

Revenue State Grants For Administrative and Benefit Payments

$505,000.00

LEAP $255,000.00

OAP $250,000.00

Fund Balance $0.00

For the reason that: The Budget itself is not over spent but the State of Colorado and the County Auditors recommend these changes to individual Budget lines.
