REGULAR MEETING

                    Planning 

1.  The Planning Department will present for discussion and approval  a Variance Application, submitted by Ute Mountain Ute Tribe; agent: Heather McDaniel with Horrocks Engineering, on property located at 158 Hwy 160-491, Cortez, CO consisting of 1.91 acres, more or less, located south of Road A, east of Hwy 160-491, situated in Section 12, Township 34N, Range 17W, N.M.P.M.

 

2.  The Planning Department will present for discussion and approval  a Boundary Line Adjustment Application, submitted by Ute Mountain Ute Tribe; agent: Heather McDaniel with Horrocks   Engineering, on property located at 158 Hwy 160-491, Cortez, CO consisting of 1.91 acres, more or less, and Ute Mountain Ute Tribe; agent: Heather McDaniel with Horrocks Engineering, on property located at 190 Hwy 160-491, Cortez, CO consisting of 13 acres, more or less located south of Road A, east of Hwy160-491, situated in Section 12, Township 34N, Range 17W, N.M.P.M.

 

3.  The Planning Department will present for signatures a Mylar and Exemption documentation, submitted by Double J, LLC; agent: Keenen Lovett, on property located at 40920 Road J, Mancos, CO, consisting of 346.94 acres, more or less, located south and east of Hwy 160, situated in Section 32, Township 36N, Range 13W, N.M.P.M.

 

4.  The Planning Department will present for signatures a Mylar and Exemption documentation, submitted by Margaret Johnson Gaddis Estate; agent: Keenen Lovett, on property located at 40752 Road J, Mancos, CO, consisting of 83.36 acres, more or less, located south and east of Hwy 160, situated in Section 32, Township 36N, Range 13W, N.M.P.M.
