A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MONTEZUMA COUNTY’S VOTING
MEMBER TO THE DISPATCH ACCOUNT ABILITY COMMITTEE

WHEREAS, the City of Cortez operates the Cortez Dispatch Center, and,

WHEREAS, there is an intergovernmental agreement amongst the Dispatch Center users which provides for the appointment of representatives to an accountability committee; and,

WHEREAS, Montezuma County can appoint one representative to the district
accountability committee pursuant to the terms of the agreement.

NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved that the Montezuma County Board of County Commissioners appoint Kent Lindsay to be Montezuma County’s representative on the Dispatch Accountability Committee. The Montezuma County Board of County Commissioners further resolve that Travis Anderson shall serve as an alternate representative for Montezuma County in the event that Kent Lindsay is not available.
