Notice is hereby given that the Montezuma County Board of CountyCommissioners will hold a Public Hearing for review and determination forregarding a proposed 4 Lot Moderate Subdivision and Rezoning Application andVariance Applications, submitted by Ellis Lewis, on property located at 14171Road 36.75, Mancos, CO, consisting of 40 acres, more or less, located south andwest of Hwy 184, situated in Section34, T.37N, R.14W, N.M.P.M. The hearing will be held Tuesday, May 11,2021 at 9:00am, Commissioner’s Hearing Room, 109 W. Main, Cortez,CO. Interested persons may attend and give input. Information may beobtained from the Planning Office on-line service at; you may also contact the PlanningDept. at (970) 565-2801 with questions.
