Notice is hereby given that the Montezuma County Board of County Commissioners will hold a Public Hearing for review and determination of a proposed third amendment to High Impact Permit #101 & Special Use Permit #14-2022,submitted by Basin Co-op, INC; agent: Don Dukart, on property located at11654 Hwy 491, Cortez, CO, consisting of 9.87 acres, more or less, situated in Section 15, T.36N, R.16W, N.M.P.M.
1. The Planning Department will present for signatures a Mylar and Exemption for a 2nd Amendment to Exemption Resolution #P-37-79, submitted by Barbara Maness; agent: Ernie Maness, on property located at 23408 Road T, Dolores, CO, consisting of 4.83 acres, more or less, located south of Road T, east of Road 23, situated in Section 21,Township 37N, Range 16W, N.M.P.M.
