Notice is hereby given that the Montezuma County Board of County Commissioners will hold a Public Hearing for review and consideration of a moratorium prohibiting acceptance or processing of utility-scale energy development (particularly and including solar energy) applications in the unincorporated area of Montezuma County for 6 months, or until appropriate standards for such development have been established. The hearing will be held on Tuesday, April 8, 2025, at 9:20 am, in the Commissioner’s Hearing Room, Montezuma County Administrative Offices, 109 W. Main, Cortez, CO. Interested persons may attend and give input.
