Resolution No.14-2021: Dispatch Accountability Committee

Resolution # 14-2021

A resolution appointing Sheriff Steve Nowlin as Montezuma County’s Representatives to the Dispatch Accountability Committee

WHEREAS, the City of Cortez operates the Cortez Dispatch Cent and,

WHEREAS, there is an intergovernmental agreement amongst the Dispatch Center users which provides for the appointment of representatives to an accountability committee; and,

WHEREAS, Montezuma County can appoint a representative to the committee,

NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Montezuma County Board of commissioners that Sheriff Steve Nowlin will be the county’s representative to the Dispatch Accountability committee.
