RESOLUTION NO. 2-2023

A Resolution Designating the Location of Posted Agendas and Designating County Office Hours

WHEREAS, C.R.S.  24-6-402(2)(c) requires local governments to designate the location of posted agendas; and

WHEREAS, in addition to state law, the Board of County Commissioners finds it important to keep the public informed of upcoming meetings in accordance with Montezuma County’s tradition of open meetings;

NOW THEREFORE, be in resolved that effectively immediately, the agendas noticing the meeting of the Board of County Commissioners will be posted at the following locations no less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the holding of meetings except in cases of emergency:

1. On the Bulletin Board inside the northwest entrance at the Montezuma County Administrative Office located at 109 West Main Street, Cortez, Colorado 81321
2. On the Bulletin Board inside the south entrance at the Montezuma County Annex 3 located at 140 West Main Street, Cortez, Colorado 81321
