A RESOLUTION GRANTING AND DELEGATING SIGNATORY AUTHORITY FOR CALKINS COMMONS HOUSING PROJECT

WHEREAS, The County of Montezuma approved an application to the Colorado Department of Local Affairs/Division of Housing for funds for Calkins Commons.

NOW THEREFORE, The County of Montezuma Certifies by Board Resolution that the person named below has full signatory authority in regard to all contracts and corresponding documents associated with agreement the Calkins Commons application and housing project. Mr. Anderson’s signatory authority includes, but is not limited to the following:

□ Payment Requests
□ Quarterly Financial Status Reports
□ Quarterly Project Performance Reports
□ Monitoring Documents
X Other: Use Covenant Amendment
