Administration (109 W Main Street)
Annex 1 (107 N Chestnut Street)
Annex 3 (140 W Main Street)
Montezuma County Combined Courts (865 N Park Street)
Montezuma County Sheriff’s Office (730 E Driscoll Street)
Transportation Office (1680 North Dolores Road)
Road and Bridge Department (1700 North Dolores Road)
All new bidders are required to attend a walk-through of the facilities on Monday, October 6, 2025. Further information, including bid walk locations and times, is available at www.bidnetdirect.com. All bids due October 14, 2025, by 4:00 pm at www.bidnetdirect.com. Interested parties may bid on any or all locations listed.
