1.    Resolution 5-2025 to adopt the amended Land Use Code to include the Variance section in the code and associated fee schedule.
 
2.    60-day forbearance from 2/4; Previously continued from 1/28.
The Planning Department will present for discussion and approval an After-The-Fact Setback Variance Application, submitted by Laura Webster, on property located at 8400 Road 39, Mancos, CO, consisting of 7.82 acres, more or less, located north of Road H and east of Hwy 160, situated in Section 31, Township 36N, Range 13W, N.M.P.M.  

3.    60-day forbearance from 2/4; Previously continued from 1/28.
The Planning Department will present for discussion and approval an After-The-Fact Setback Variance Application, submitted by Ouida Vincent, on property located at 10756 Road 26, Cortez, CO, consisting of 3.10 acres, more or less, located south of Road L and east of Road 26, situated in Section 24, Township 36N, Range 16W, N.M.P.M.

Notice is hereby given that the Montezuma County Board of County Commissioners will hold a Public Hearing for review and consideration of a moratorium prohibiting acceptance or processing of utility-scale energy development (particularly and including solar energy) applications in the unincorporated area of Montezuma County for 6 months, or until appropriate standards for such development have been established.

Other items may be discussed.

The Board of Montezuma County Commissioners welcomes you to this meeting.  Persons speaking during Public Comment will be limited to three minutes, or depending on the number of people wishing to speak, it may be reduced to allow all members of the public the opportunity to address the board.  When addressing the Board, please state your name and address for the record prior to providing your comments.  Comments to individual supervisors or staff are not permitted.  Participants may not yield their time to others.
