 Planning

1.  The Planning Department will present for discussion and approval a First Amendment Application to the Exemption Resolution #P-20-75, submitted by Garen Wayman, on property located at 19936 Road T, Cortez, CO, consisting of 2.5 acres, more or less, and Michael & Tammy Hall, on property located at 19982 Road T, Cortez, CO, consisting of 2.5 acres, more or less, both located south of Road T, west of Road 20, situated in Section 23,Township 37N, Range 17W, N.M.P.M.

 

2.  The Planning Department will present for discussion and approval a First Amendment Application to the Exemption Resolution #P-47-79, submitted by Barbara Benavides, on property located at 14852 Road 29, Dolores, CO, consisting of 3.20 acres, more or less, and on property located at 14892 Road 29, Dolores, CO, consisting of15.63 acres, more or less, both located south of Road 29, west of Road 29.75, situated in Section 33, Township 37N, Range 15W, N.M.P.M.

 

3.   The Planning Department will present Jason Armstrong to be appointed to a one-year term as Planning and Zoning Commission Board member.
