Notice is hereby given that the Montezuma County Board of County Commissioners will hold a Public Hearing for review and determination of regarding a proposed Subdivision Amendment & Rezoning Application to Lot 2 of the Lynch Minor Subdivision, 1st Amended, submitted by Paul Abate & Staci Cost, on property located at 14587 Road 29.75, Dolores, CO, consisting of 21.05 acres, more or less, located south of Road R and east of Road 29, situated in Section 33, Township 37N, Range 15W, N.M.P.M.

Notice is hereby given that the Montezuma County Board of County Commissioners will hold a Public Hearing for review and determination of regarding a proposed 3 Lot Minor Subdivision and Rezoning Application, submitted by Tracy Westfall; agent: Cheyenne Stowers, on property located at 22252 Road 22, Lewis, CO, consisting of 36.54 acres, more or less, located south of Road Z and east of Hwy 491, situated in Section 20, Township 38N, Range 16W, N.M.P.M.
1. The Planning Department will present for signatures a Subdivision Amendment to Lots 1 & 2 of the Phelps Farms Subdivision, submitted by Fred Phelps, on properties located at 24351 & TBD Road T, Dolores, CO, consisting of 6.40 & 3.99 acres, more or less, both located north of Road T, west of Road 25, situated in Section 15, Township 37N, Range 16W, N.M.P.M.

Public Comment:
The Public Comment portion of the agenda provides the public an opportunity to speak to the Board of Commissioners about issues that are not on the main agenda. Testimony relating to scheduled agenda items will not be allowed during Public Comment.
Rules of decorum will be strictly enforced. Outbursts and interruptions from any person in the hearing room, including shouting, clapping, booing, laughing, or other reactions to the proceedings, are prohibited. Any comments from the public shall only be made by persons who are residents of Montezuma County, who have been recognized by the Chair, who are speaking into the microphone, and only after they have stated their name and address for the record.
Each person will have 3 minutes to comment. No speaker may yield part or all of his/her time to another speaker. Comments shall only be made to the Board. No comments or questions shall be directed to staff or other members of the public.
