          Approval of Minutes:

 

          Planning:

1.  The Planning Department willpresent for discussion and approval an Exemption Application for 1.5 acres,more or less, submitted by Eric &Mackenzie White; agent: Angela Rohwer, PV Fire Protection DistrictChief, on property located at 25386 Road 10, Pleasant View,  CO, consisting of 149.44 acres, more or less,located north of Road BB, east of Road 10, situated in Section 5, Township 38N,Range 18W, N.M.P.M.

 

2.  The Planning Department willpresent for signatures a Mylar for Subdivision Amendment & Rezoning to Lot1 of the Antholz 2 Lot Minor Subdivision, submitted by Kyle & RickieCruzan, on property located at 27567 Road M, Dolores, CO, consisting of17.31 acres, more or less, located north of Road M, east of Hwy 145, situatedin Section 7, Township 36N, Range 15W, N.M.P.M.

 

 

          Deletions/Changes to Agenda:

 

          Public Comment:

ThePublic Comment portion of the agenda provides the public an opportunity tospeak to the Board of Commissioners about issues that are not on the mainagenda. Testimony relating to scheduled agenda items will not be allowed duringPublic Comment.

Rulesof decorum will be strictly enforced. Outbursts and interruptions from anyperson in the hearing room, including shouting, clapping, booing, laughing, orother reactions to the proceedings, are prohibited. Any comments from thepublic shall only be made by persons who are residents of Montezuma County, whohave been recognized by the Chair, who are speaking into the microphone, andonly after they have stated their name and address for the record.

Eachperson will have 3 minutes to comment. No speaker may yield part or all ofhis/her time to another speaker. Comments shall only be made to the Board. Nocomments or questions shall be directed to staff or other members of thepublic.
