The Planning Department will present for signatures an After-The-Fact Setback Variance, submitted by Laurie Kain, on property located at 41845 Road J.75, Mancos, CO, consisting of 3.37 acres, more or less, located north of Hwy 160 and east of Road J.75, situated in Section 28, Township 36N, Range 13W, N.M.P.M.
Other items may be discussed.
