Notice is hereby given that the Montezuma CountyBoard of County Commissioners will hold a Public Hearing for review anddetermination of regarding a proposed Subdivision Amendment Application to Lots4 & 5 of the Hartman Heights Subdivision, 1st Amended, submittedby Mark Hedges Trust & R Trust; agent: Julie Suckla, onproperties located at 9595 & TBD Road 24.3, Cortez, CO, consisting of5.56 acres & 5.71 acres, more orless, both located south of Road K.3, west of Hwy 491, both situated in Section27, Township 36N, Range 16W, N.M.P.M.

Public Comment:
ThePublic Comment portion of the agenda provides the public an opportunity tospeak to the Board of Commissioners about issues that are not on the mainagenda. Testimony relating to scheduled agenda items will not be allowed duringPublic Comment.

Any comments from thepublic shall only be made by persons who are residents of Montezuma County, whohave been recognized by the Chair, who are speaking into the microphone, andonly after they have stated their name and address for the record.
Eachperson will have 3 minutes to comment. No speaker may yield part or all ofhis/her time to another speaker. Comments shall only be made to the Board. Nocomments or questions shall be directed to staff or other members of thepublic.
