    Call Meeting to Order:

    Approval of Minutes:

    Planning:

1.    The Planning Department will present for discussion and approval a Vested Property Rights extension, submitted by Mark Cox; agent: Andy Cox, on property located at TBD Road 25, Dolores, CO, consisting of 59.27 acres, more or less, located south of Hwy 184 & Road 25, situated in Section 7, Township 37N, Range 15W, N.M.P.M. On September 13, 2022, the Board of County Commissioners approved the proposed 19 Lot Major Subdivision & Rezoning application, whereby creating a vested property right pursuant to Section 1102 of the Montezuma County Land Use Code and 24-68-103 et seq., C.R.S., as amended.

2.    The Planning Department will present for signatures an Exemption, for the realignment of Road 25 at the intersection of Road 25 & Hwy 184, submitted by YoungRoman, LLC; agent: Travis Anderson, County Administrator, on property located at 18400 Road 27, Dolores, CO, consisting of 2.2 acres, more or less, located north of Road 25, west of Hwy 184, situated in Section 7, Township 37N, Range 15W, N.M.P.M.

3.    The Planning Department will present for signatures an After-The-Fact Setback Variance, submitted by Eugene Creany, on property located at 9452 Road 42, Mancos,  CO, consisting of 3.40 acres, more or less, located south of Road 42, east of Hwy 184, situated in Section 28, Township 36N, Range 13W, N.M.P.M.

Other items may be discussed.

    Public Comment:

The Public Comment portion of the agenda provides the public an opportunity to speak to the Board of Commissioners about issues that are not on the main agenda. Testimony relating to scheduled agenda items will not be allowed during Public Comment.
Rules of decorum will be strictly enforced. Outbursts and interruptions from any person in the hearing room, including shouting, clapping, booing, laughing, or other reactions to the proceedings, are prohibited. Any comments from the public shall only be made by persons who are residents of Montezuma County, who have been recognized by the Chair, who are speaking into the microphone, and only after they have stated their name and address for the record.
Each person will have 3 minutes to comment. No speaker may yield part or all of his/her time to another speaker. Comments shall only be made to the Board. No comments or questions shall be directed to staff or other members of the public.

    Pursuant to C.R.S. Section 24-6-402(4)(b), the Board may move into executive session for the purpose of receiving legal advice from counsel on any item appearing before the Board on this agenda
