RESOLUTION NO 1-2023
A Resolution Appointing the County Administrator to Prepare and Submit a Budget for 2023

WHEREAS, C.R.S. $ 29-1-104 requires the governing body of each local government to
designate a person to prepare and submit the budget to the governing body; and

WHEREAS, Travis Anderson currently serves as the Montezuma County Administrator,
and in that capacity, is tasked with preparing and submitting the budget;

NOW THEREFORE, be in resolved that the Montezuma County Board of County
Commissioners designates Montezuma County Administrator Travis Anderson as individual
who shall prepare and submit the annual budget for Montezuma County to the Board until
further notice.
