The Planning Department will present for signatures an Exemption submitted by VanKeuren Living Trust & Akina, LLC, on properties located at 12403 Road 22, Cortez, CO, consisting of 35.73 acres, more or less & 12525 Road 22, Cortez, CO, consisting of 70 acres, more or less, both located east of Road 22, south of Road N, situated in Section 7, Township 36N, Range 16W, N.M.P.M.
2. CONTINUANCE FROM JUNE 6: The Planning Department will present for discussion and approval a Variance Application submitted by Leslee Ham, on property located at 9340 Road 29.25, Cortez, CO, consisting of 3.45 acres, more or less, located south of Hwy 160, situated in Section 28, Township 36N, Range 15W, N.M.P.M.
