Notice is hereby given that the Montezuma County Board of County Commissioners will hold a Public Hearing for review and determination a proposed Single Lot Development and AR10-34 & AR35+Rezoning Application submitted by Dwight Chamberlain; agent: Keenen Lovett, on property located at TBD Road G, Cortez, CO, consisting of 65 acres, more or less, located west of Road 21, north of Road G, situated in Section 1, Township 35N, Range 17W, N.M.P.M.

Notice is hereby given that the Montezuma County Board of County Commissioners will hold a Public Hearing for the purpose of reviewing and determining the official 2024 County Road Map and Resolution___-2024, which includes, but is not limited to, determining a system of primary and secondary county roads, reviewing changes to the road system and specifying a 60-foot right of way for all county roads.
